Guven Ltd. was found in 1989. At the begining the company has worked
on software and hardware- based microcontrollers. Since 1990, the
company has been working on software protection systems.
The first Hyper-Lock product was a software-based protection system.
This system consisted of three types of protection methods: key-disk,
machine installation and hard disk installation.
Guven Ltd. started to develop the hardware-based software protection
in 1995. The company has developed two types of dongles. The latter
one is microprocessor-based and software developers all needs (such
as variable response communication, full transparency, anti-debugging,
etc.) are satisfied by this product. Since then, Hyper-Lock has
been sold to 650 software developer companies in 12 countries.
Hyper-Lock's policy is to supply high quality software protection
with affordable prices.
